The user remains free to accept or refuse any proposal received, and alone assumes the consequences of his choices.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carry out any checks it deems necessary before retaining the services of a contractor, particularly with regard to qualifications, permits or legal obligations.
Before entering into any agreement, the user must ensure that he fully understands the nature of the proposed work, the conditions under which it will be carried out and the applicable financial terms and conditions.
Soumissions Plancher makes no warranty as to the quality of the work proposed, the costs that may be required, the lead times or the results expected following exchanges between the user and contractors.
The site cannot be held responsible for damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from an agreement between a user and a professional.
Contractual relations are established exclusively between the user and the chosen contractor, without any intervention by the platform.
The information, estimates or proposals transmitted must be validated by the user with the professionals concerned before any decision is taken.
It is the user’s responsibility to assess the relevance and reliability of the information obtained before making any commitment.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any obligation or liability on the part of Soumissions Plancher or its representatives.
