They should contact you by phone or e-mail. The turnaround time is normally between 5 minutes and 48 hours on working days. You are then free to choose the contractor of your choice according to your own criteria.

How many bids do you receive?

Depending on your dates and region, you may receive fewer than 3 contractor quotes. Although we have many contractor partners in Quebec, they may not be available for your date or area.

When should you choose your contractor?

After a maximum of one full day, even if you’re short of a quote, we advise you to go ahead and choose a contractor from among those who have contacted you. If you’re in a hurry, you’re also free to choose the first one to contact you without waiting for other bids.
