Our Mission: To make it easier to find a contractor for floor installation or replacement

Too many homeowners hire a contractor without first verifying their qualifications: RBQ license, liability insurance, track record on similar projects, and customer reviews. This isn’t due to negligence, but because, until recently, there was no easy way to do so before officially committing to a contract.

To address this gap, we created this network. Our role is not to convince you to renovate, but to connect you with professionals whose qualifications have been verified in advance, so that your decision is based on facts rather than impressions.

Our History

Where did Soumissions Plancher come from?

For more than 10 years, our network has expanded significantly in the construction and renovation industry.

As the company grew, it became clear that the flooring industry was not immune to the challenges inherent in residential construction projects. Homeowners were wasting time searching for reliable, qualified local contractors, obtaining estimates, and then scheduling their projects to stay on schedule.

To make matters worse, two bids for the same project rarely included the same details. One included the removal of the old flooring, the other did not; one covered materials, and the other covered only labor. With such a recurring problem, we decided to give it a try.

We created Soumissions Plancher to bridge the gap between contractors and homeowners. This platform allows you to compare multiple quotes prepared by local contractors whose have already had their qualifications verified by our team.
