process by bringing together the information needed to enable professionals in the field to offer their services according to the needs expressed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the site, the user may in particular :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide information about a floor Plancher acts only as a facilitator, ensuring the transmission of information between users and industry stakeholders, without participating in the delivery of services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The site&#8217;s function is to centralize requests and give users easier access to different offers from professionals in the field.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user remains entirely free to decide whether or not to follow up on proposals received and is under no obligation to retain the services of a contractor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No exclusivity or commitment is created by the use of the platform, either towards Soumissions Plancher or towards the professionals contacted.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>B- Scope of service and intervention limits<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role of Soumissions Plancher is limited to transmitting the information provided by the user to contractors or professionals likely to offer services related to the project submitted.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform is not involved in the construction, renovation or installation of floors, and does not provide any technical advice or recommendations regarding the work to be carried out.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No intervention is involved in the process of selecting a professional, as this decision rests entirely with the user.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user remains free to accept or refuse any proposal received, and alone assumes the consequences of his choices.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to carry out any checks it deems necessary before retaining the services of a contractor, particularly with regard to qualifications, permits or legal obligations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before entering into any agreement, the user must ensure that he fully understands the nature of the proposed work, the conditions under which it will be carried out and the applicable financial terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soumissions Plancher makes no warranty as to the quality of the work proposed, the costs that may be required, the lead times or the results expected following exchanges between the user and contractors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The site cannot be held responsible for damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from an agreement between a user and a professional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contractual relations are established exclusively between the user and the chosen contractor, without any intervention by the platform.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The information, estimates or proposals transmitted must be validated by the user information<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User may, at any time, request access to the Information it has provided by contacting Soumissions Plancher or the professionals concerned.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate, and to update it as necessary.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user may also request the deletion of his or her Information, subject to applicable legal obligations, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time.<\/span><\/p><h3> <\/h3><h3><b>5.00 Communication of information<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user authorizes Soumissions Plancher to use and transmit its Information to contractors or professionals in connection with the services offered.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This consent may be expressed in various ways, including in writing, verbally, electronically or by using the site.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Should the Information be used for purposes other than those for which it was originally intended, the user will be informed and his or her consent will be required.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information is not communicated to third parties other than professionals,
